The data controller is a private individual residing in Spain. To exercise your rights or for any data-related question, contact contact@farmaciasguardia.com. Responses within 30 calendar days.

On the website (farmaciasguardia.com): • Technical browser data (anonymised IP, user-agent, language, approximate country) when you accept analytics. • Anonymous Google Analytics 4 identifier (cookie _ga). In the Telegram bot: • Your Telegram chat_id (SHA-256 hashed before storage — does not directly identify a person). • Your Telegram client language and the city you pick via /city. • Commands you send and timestamp, for aggregated statistics. NOT processed: name, surname, email, phone, postal address, health data.

• Service operation: executing your request (replying to your command, showing the on-duty pharmacy). Legal basis: performance of requested service (Art. 6.1.b GDPR). • Aggregated analytics: measuring site/bot usage to improve the service. Legal basis: consent (Art. 6.1.a GDPR), via the cookie banner.

• Bot usage events: 24 months. • Google Analytics data: GA4 default retention (14 months), after which aggregated or deleted. • Stored preferences (language, city): until the chat is active or you change /lang or /city.

Technical data is processed on Google Cloud infrastructure (servers in europe-west1, Belgium). Statistics are sent to Google Analytics (United States), under the EU-US Data Privacy Framework safeguards. No data is sold or shared for commercial purposes.
